Under NEM 3.0, running Powerwall in self-consumption mode instead of exporting to the grid is usually the better financial move for most households, since export credits are worth a fraction of what they paid a few years ago. In most cases we can add Powerwall to an existing solar system without ripping anything out. We check your current inverter, electrical panel and layout and lay out exactly what's involved.

Some older inverter brands don't pair cleanly with Powerwall's gateway, in which case we'll tell you upfront whether an inverter swap is needed rather than discovering it mid-install.
