Torch-down repairs typically involve cutting out the damaged section and properly lapping in new cap sheet, not just layering patch material on top.
We carry material for all three systems on the truck for common repairs, and if your flat roof uses something less common, we'll identify the system correctly before quoting so the repair actually bonds to what's already up there instead of failing in a season.
A lot of flat roof calls we get are the third or fourth repair on the same section, usually because drainage was never addressed the first time. Fixing a membrane tear without correcting the low spot or clogged drain that caused water to pool there just guarantees the same call next year.
