What We Do

Protecting your property from the top down

Your roof is one of the most important parts of your property, protecting your home or business from the elements year-round. Over time, exposure to harsh weather, aging materials, and everyday wear can lead to leaks, damage, and reduced performance. Addressing roofing issues early helps prevent costly repairs and extends the life of your roof.

Our team begins by assessing the current condition of your roof and understanding your property's needs. We explain our findings clearly and provide practical recommendations, allowing you to make informed decisions with confidence and without unnecessary pressure.

When Roofing Services Are Needed

Signs it's time to call a roofer

Roofing services are often needed when property owners notice signs of damage such as leaks, missing shingles, storm damage, sagging areas, or visible wear. In many cases, routine inspections also reveal issues before they become major problems, helping extend the lifespan of the roof and reduce future repair costs.

Whether the roof has been affected by severe weather or has simply aged over time, addressing concerns early helps protect the structure, improve safety, and prevent more expensive damage. Regular maintenance and timely repairs keep your roofing system performing reliably year after year.

Materials We Install

Architectural asphalt shingle roof installed on a Southern California home

01 · Materials we install

Asphalt, Wood, Metal & Shingle

The everyday workhorses. Three-tab and architectural asphalt shingles cover most homes we touch, and we still hand-cut wood shake repairs and set metal panels where a roof calls for it. Good value, fast turnaround, easy to service years down the road.

Best for: Most tract and custom homes across Southern California

Luxury shingle roof with a thick dimensional profile

02 · Materials we install

Luxury Shingles

Heavier, thicker profiles that mimic slate or hand-split shake without the weight or the price. They carry longer manufacturer coverage, hold up better in wind, and give a plain roofline real depth from the street.

Best for: Homeowners who want tile presence with shingle simplicity

Concrete and clay tile roof on a Mediterranean-style home

03 · Materials we install

Concrete & Clay Tile Roofs

Classic Southern California. Tile itself lasts decades, but the underlayment beneath it does not. We lift and stack, replace the paper and metal, then reset or convert depending on what makes sense for the house.

Best for: Spanish, Mediterranean and mission-style homes

White single-ply TPO membrane roof with heat-welded seams

04 · Materials we install

PVC & TPO

Single-ply membrane for low-slope and flat roofs. Heat-welded seams instead of adhesives, a bright reflective surface that keeps attic temperatures down, and a clean surface for solar to sit on later.

Best for: Flat residential decks and commercial buildings

Standing seam metal roof with concealed fasteners

05 · Materials we install

Standing Seam Metal

Concealed-fastener panels with raised seams, so there are no exposed screws to back out and leak. It sheds water and debris fast, handles coastal weather, and pairs well with clamp-mounted solar that never penetrates the roof.

Best for: Modern builds, additions, patio and carport roofs

Custom-bent architectural sheet metal flashing and coping

06 · Materials we install

Architectural Sheet Metal

The details most crews rush. Custom-bent flashing, coping, gravel stops, cricket and chimney pans, scuppers and gutters fabricated to fit the actual roof instead of a stock length from the supply house.

Best for: Tricky transitions, parapets and chimney details

Torch-down modified bitumen flat roof being installed

07 · Materials we install

Hot & Torch

Built-up hot mop and torch-down modified bitumen. Multiple reinforced plies fused into one waterproof mass, which is still the toughest answer for a flat roof that ponds water or takes regular foot traffic.

Best for: Flat roofs, decks and roofs with heavy service traffic
